Steal An Egg runs on two clocks. Small events (Rifts, Dr. Scramble, Nitro Race, Phantom Express) repeat every 30 minutes inside every server, and the big ones (Admin Abuse plus a content update) have landed on most Saturdays since August 2026, usually around 15:00 UTC. Neither the developers nor the wiki publish a fixed calendar, so dates below are what has actually happened, not promises.
Recurring in-server timers
These run on their own in any server. Times come from the wiki mirror unless noted.

Since the 30-minute events overlap, a practical loop is: check the Rift and Dr. Scramble at the half hour, then go back to stealing until the next nest reset.
Admin Abuse
Admin Abuse is a live session where the developers run admin commands that change the game for every server at once. Guides report boosted egg spawns with better odds of Secret, Eternal and Divine eggs, server-wide income, luck and mutation multipliers, and an admin treadmill that gives Speed much faster than normal. Some sessions add a minigame; timesaver.gg describes a Dragon Lair (steal Dragon Eggs and return them) and a Monster Obby where the top three get a Drill Egg. The developers have never published the exact boost values.
How long it lasts. Most guides say up to about an hour. The Halloween session was reported as a 24-hour window.

Guides also say the event runs every Saturday just before the weekly update, and the update dates line up with that: Update 7 on October 3 to 4, Update 8 on October 10, the Halloween Dimension on October 17. If the pattern holds, the next would be Saturday, October 31, but nothing had been announced when we checked.
How to catch it.
- Follow the game on its Roblox page so you get the event notification.
- Join 15 to 20 minutes early. Servers hold 7 players and fill fast at the start.
- Bring free pen slots. The point of the session is hatching rare eggs, and a full pen means you have to delete something mid-event.
- Have Speed. Rare eggs are announced in chat and the fastest player usually gets them.
The Halloween Dimension update
The Halloween update (Update 9) opened a separate dimension through a portal next to the Trails Shop at spawn. Most sources date Part 1 to Saturday, October 17, 2026; allthings.how dates the Halloween Admin Abuse to Sunday, October 18.
Areas. Three biomes, each with six new pets (18 total, per techwiser): the Graveyard, the Haunted Swamp and the Abandoned Manor. The Manor holds the rarest Halloween eggs, including Blood Moon eggs.
Candy Corn. The event currency. Reported earnings:

Candy Corn is spent at the giant pumpkin in the Halloween spawn. The Halloween Dimension Egg costs 2,250 Candy Corn and has five possible pets from Legendary to Eternal.
Quests. In the Haunted Swamp, finishing Echo the Ghost Dog’s quest (recovering missing items) gives the Phantom Express Ticket and the Haunted Rod. The ticket lets you board the Phantom Express, where Souls (collected by vacuuming Ghosts) buy Spectral Mutation attempts.
Robux Halloween Egg. Community-reported prices are 99 Robux for one, 249 for three, 799 for ten and 3,499 for fifty. Guides report a 1% chance on any hatch for a Zombified version. Zombified pets are much stronger than the normal ones: Zombified Bone Emperor is listed at $14B/s against $7.5B/s for the normal Bone Emperor. A shop timer of about 14 days was seen at launch, which would put the end near October 31, but that is a guess from a screenshot.
Part 2. Started at 15:00 UTC on Saturday, October 24, with a reported end of 16:34 UTC on Sunday, October 25. The teaser said a portal beyond the gates of the Abandoned Manor was sealed. We could not find a reliable list of what Part 2 added.
Past limited events
- Hungry Monster (reported August 29 to September 5, 2026). Feed five parasite-infected eggs (from Snow or higher) to the monster for a Monster Chest. Chest odds listed by guides: 1.25x Egg Growth 43.5%, 1.25x Speed 30%, 2x Treadmill Speed 20%, Flyswatter 5%, rare Monstrous/Parasite Egg 1.5%.
- Butterfly Bloom (Update 7). Catch butterflies in the Enchanted Tree and trade them for the Enchanted Mutation consumable.
